With Facilan™ Ortho, 3D4Makers offers a special filament for the addititive manufacturing of orthoses. The material is ideally suited for the production of soft braces, shoe soles and other similar applications. Facilan™ Ortho was developped in close cooperation with manufacturers of orthoseses, orthopaedic technicians and persons, who depend on using orthoses. This filament also meets the reqirements for compostability according to the European Guideline EN13432.

The printing settings as listed here are recommendations of the manufacturer without warranty. The ideal settings have to be adjusted individually for every 3D printer. A maintenance routine for the 3D printers is the basic prerequisite for optimal printing results.
